Greg Lapinski - OWNER, Race Engineer - Graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Greg worked at Ford Motor Company as an Engineering Staff Co-op in Dearborn for three years, then moved to the West Coast and worked at various race shops in LA including a stint at Automotive Development working with David Bruns Greg moved to the NW and started Motor Sports Engineering in 1976. Greg has competed in Formula Ford, and driven B sports racers. In the late 70s Greg also designed and built a Formula Ford of his own design called the Roadhog. The production run of 3 Roadhog cars went on to win both the Oregon Region FF Championship and the SCCA Pacific Coast Runoffs. MSE has been a dealer for Crossle, Reynard, Swift, SCCA CSR for Spec Racer Fords, and was an Agent for Cosworth Engineering.

Evan Waymire - Data Analysis Engineer - Evan is a mechanical engineer who graduated from Oregon State and worked for Freightliner's Engineering Dept for 18 years. Evan competed in the Northwest region SCCA for seven years as a driver/engineer in Formula Ford and Spec Racer classes. Evan switched careers in 2005 and been a Race Engineer ever since. Besides MSE, Evan has been a member of the Transnet and Mathiasen Motorsports Formula Atlantic teams. Evan also served as an Industry Advisor to the PSU Formula SAE team

Dennis Hickey - Race Mechanic and Track Driver- Dennis is a former race driver, and mechanic, who won the SCCA Oregon Region Formula Ford Championship in a MSE Roadhog in 1980.

Jeff Doan - Race Engineer/Machinist - Jeff is the go to guy for parts making at MSE. Former Motorcycle racer. He is the jack of all trades and has been involved in racing since the 1970s

Rich Graham - Race Engineer, and Fabrication - Rich is a Mechanical Engineer extraordinaire, and Gearbox diviner.

Greg Meythaler - Webmaster - Greg is a Driver Instructor for BMW and Porsche clubs as well as HOD. He also races on a Chumpcar Endurance team.
